Applicant consent to personal data processing

I freely and knowingly authorise Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «ТОРО СТРОЙ» (TORO STROY LLC), registered at 117105, г. Москва, вн.тер.г. муниципальный округ Донской, Варшавское ш., д. 1А, пом. 27/2, to process the information I submit through the Human Resources form on torostroy.ru.

Purpose: to review my job application and contact me about it.

Data: my name, telephone, email, and, if I choose to provide them, my message and professional experience, education and qualifications in my CV.

Operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use for the stated purpose, blocking, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means. This consent does not permit public publication or advertising.

Duration: until the purpose is fulfilled, for no longer than 30 days from submission, or until withdrawal unless a different lawful basis applies.

Withdrawal: contact info@torostroy.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent” and the email used in my application. The operator must stop processing and delete data within statutory time limits unless another lawful basis applies.

I express consent by selecting a separate, initially unticked checkbox and submitting the form. Without this consent my application cannot be accepted through this form. This consent does not cover cookies, advertising or a talent pool.
