1. Operator and contact

2. Purpose and data
The Human Resources form is used solely to review a job application and contact the applicant. Name, telephone and email are required. A message and CV are optional. Do not include passport or payment details, health, criminal record, religious information or other special categories unnecessary for an initial application.
We retain the consent version, date and time, application reference and a hash of the consent text as evidence. See our cookie policy for cookies and technical information.
3. Basis and operations
Form data is processed on the basis of separate, voluntary consent under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Operations include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use for reviewing and responding to the application, blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means. Submitting a form does not consent to advertising, a talent pool or public CV publication.
4. Retention and access
The proposed retention period is no longer than 30 days from submission, or until consent is withdrawn unless another lawful basis applies. Longer retention in a talent pool needs a separate basis or consent. Data must be deleted within statutory time limits once its purpose ends.
Production applications may be enabled only after primary recording and storage in Russia have been confirmed. Access is limited to authorised staff reviewing applications. CVs are not published. If a processor is engaged, its identity and processing arrangements must be reflected in the documents before processing begins.
5. Applicant rights
You may request information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion and withdraw consent by contacting the address above with the subject “Personal data”. State the email used for your application and its reference if available. Do not send identity documents without a justified need. You may also contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
6. Protection
The form uses server validation, a separate consent checkbox, request forgery protection and attachment size and type limits. The production operator must ensure HTTPS, access controls, backups, request handling and timely deletion.
